Reformer Group Class


Our Reformer group classes introduce you to this unique experience in a friendly, welcoming  environment, where instructors provide clear instruction and personalized attention.


The Reformer uses springs, leverage, and body weight to create resistance while targeting specific muscle groups. Workouts consist of controlled, flowing movements that take your muscles through a full range of motion. This added resistance challenges the body, helping to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall alignment.

Designed to strengthen, lengthen, and tone the entire body, Reformer classes also help improve coordination, posture, and body awareness while relieving stress. You’ll develop lean, flexible muscles in a way that feels both effective and energizing.

 Classes are invigorating, fun, and limited to 8 participants, allowing for more individualized attention and a safe, effective workout.
