Reformer Group Class-
The reformer uses springs, leverage and body weight to provide resistance while performing movements targeting specific muscle groups. The workouts consist of controlled flowing movements while working your muscles through a full range of motion. The increased resistance provided by the reformer makes your muscles exert more force to overcome it, and therefore make them stronger. It is designed to strengthen and align, stretch and tone your entire body. It helps build lean, flexible muscles as well as increase coordination, improve posture, and relieve stress. Classes are invigorating and fun. The classes are limited to 8 people so that we can provide more individualized attention to allow for a safe and effective workout.
