Getting Started with Reformer Group Classes


Your safety and comfort are very important to us. Before joining a group Reformer/Tower class, we require either two private Pilates sessions or one set of beginner Reformer lessons.

These sessions are designed to help you feel confident and prepared - introducing you to the foundational principles of Pilates, proper form, alignment, and the equipment so you can get the most out of your classes.

If you have prior Pilates experience, please feel free to call the studio to discuss your background. We’re happy to guide you in getting started.

Getting Started with Private Sessions


If you’re interested in one-on-one training, we’d love to work with you. Please call the studio to schedule your first session. Private sessions are a great way to create a personalized program designed around your individual goals, needs, and experience level. 


Each session is guided with care and attention, helping you move well, feel stronger, and enjoy the process along the way.
